    The Company has chosen not to create or otherwise sponsor an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility in respect of its shares. Any ADR facility currently in existence is "unsponsored" and has no ties whatsoever to the Company. 

    This means that the Company cannot be relied upon to ensure the proper operation of such facility or to protect the rights of ADR holders, and the Company expressly disclaims any liability or submission to jurisdiction to any courts in the United States in respect of such facility.     As approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting on 4 July 2017, Alstom has distributed a dividend of €0.25 per share for fiscal year 2016/17.
    As approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting on 17 July 2018, Alstom has distributed a dividend of €0.35 per share for fiscal year 2017/18.
